Every artist have their own style in painting as well as the technics and the colors they like .Our painters are not the master but they aslo try the best to reproduce the paintings in the same style as the original artists. Such as , late Van Gogh , it is done in deep visible brush strokes.Monet, require a deft use of gentle small strokes, that still leaves the brish strokes visible and focus on color over line. Well ,let us see the steps here with details
Step 1 - Sketching the Painting
A good beginnning is half success . So the first step is very important. For a painting reproduction, that first step is to sketch the motive of the painting on the canvas. This ensures that the exact composition of the painting is in place from the beginning, with the major figures and shapes placed on the canvas. The sketching is normally done with a pencil or some charcoal, depending on the artist.
Step 2- Applying the Undercoat of Color
Once the sketch is completed, the artist will start to apply the undercoat of the color. This is done with the larger brushes in order to get the basic shapes and colors in place, including the background. Done with soft edges, this is a very basic markup of the painting. At this point, you may not even recognize it.Step 3 - Building the Forms
Once the undercoat of color is in place, we start building the forms of the objects in the painting. At this point, light and dark colors are employed as well as color relations in order to create more depth in the painting. At each stage here, the paint needs to dry before additional details can be added.
Step 4 – Addition of texture
At this point, the true uniqueness of every painting and every artist comes into play. We start adding the specific texture and form of the specific painting being reproduced, whether it means the coloring and strokes of Renoir or the unseen strokes of Rembrandt. We add the unique texture, character and style of the specific painter and painting, along with additional details in the painting. This is the place where our artist’s unique knowledge of the exact styles of the artists they portrait truly comes to shine, and where the foundation for a truly unique reproduction is made.
Step 5 – Additional Details
Once the unique style and motive of the painting is in place, we proceed to add the final touches. This includes focusing on details such as of shadows and light, color intensity and background to ensure that the look and feel of the painting is completely in line with the original work.
Step 6 – Completion and Quality Control
Once the painting has been completed by the artist, our work is still not done. The painting is now presented to our most senior painters, who study it and offer their opinion. Any final adjustments, if required, are made at this time. Once all is in agreement, a picture of the painting is sent to you, the customer, for final approval. Should you have any requested adjustments, they will be made as well. Once the painting is accepted by you, we do a final inspection of the painting and then pack it for shipping and delivery.
Step 7 - Package
For shipping, all paintings are covered with a thin film and rolled up in a painting tube. This ensures that the painting enjoys maximum protection while it is being shipped
